Using Discovery Learning Methods™ Leaders learn what is relevant to them as they solve an incredibly difficult problem. With oxygen supplies waning and dangerous radiation levels on the station, participants struggle to work together in an effort to save their lives.
Leaders learn five keys to enhance teamwork. They are:
- Trust: How much do team members currently trust each other?
- Passion for the Goal(s): Does every team member understand the goal(s)? Do all have a passion for achieving the team goal(s)?
- Dynamic Leadership: While there is an appointed leader, does the team accept that each of them, at any time, can assume leadership responsibilities?
- Effective Communication: How well do team members communicate across cultural, gender, and language barriers?
- Team Diversity: Does the team have the skills needed to accomplish its goals?
